White Stone Diamonds Policy

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

Upon contacting Whitestone Diamonds, a buying specialist will provide you with a free initial consultation regarding your jewelry items. At this time we will gain a better understanding about the diamonds, watches or jewelry that you have and are looking to sell.We will then discuss the best options for you to sell your diamonds and jewelry and at that time schedule an appointment for you to join us in our offices for an in person evaluation of your diamonds and jewelry.

2. EVALUATION OF JEWELRY

At your appointment, expert graduate gemologists will evaluate your diamonds, or items of fine jewelry that have been presented for sale, assessing the characteristics of the diamonds themselves, as well as each and every other gemstone that may be included in the jewelry items. Each jewelry item is then assessed as an entire piece, assessing their demand with todays trends and current market, as well as inspecting them for clues of details that may lead to a higher value, such as signatures from design houses.

3. IMMEDIATE PAYMENT

After your diamonds and jewelry have been evaluated in person, by a member of our gemological team, an offer for immediate payment will then be presented. It is then up to the seller, under no obligation and at no cost, whether to sell their diamonds or jewelry. We understand that the sale of jewelry items can carry more than monetary value alone, and inform clients on the value and nature of each and every piece of jewelry or diamond for sale. At Whitestone Diamonds our main goal is for clients to have a true ability to make an informed, confident and comfortable decision to sell diamonds, watches or estate jewelry.
